Many people tend to forget about weather conditions when ordering fish resulting in either delays or DOA.

BUT NOT YOU!

1. Check current weather for the week and upcoming week (if possible)

This includes if there's going to be heavy rain, snow, or strong wind!

Checking weather does not always mean just the temperatures!

Temperatures to Keep In Mind

When checking for the weather, keep in mind of our

2. Preferred Shipping Temperatures:

60ºF is the lowest we will ship without a heat pack

- If your weather is lower than our preferred shipping temperature, please consider purchasing a heat pack.

90ºF is the highest we will ship without a cold pack

- If your weather is higher than our preferred shipping temperature, please consider purchasing a cold pack.

Heat Pack or Cold Pack?

Now you are deciding to purchase a heat/cold pack. Although we have our preferred shipping temperatures, you may do what you please by all means.

(you don't have to purchase a heat/cold pack but if fish arrives DOA then our policy will not be in effect)
