Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy
Although very unfortunate, during shipment there may be times where either your package has been delayed or mishandled resulting in fish to be "dead on arrival". This is where we explain to you the important information and steps you need to know and take so that we can assess the issue as soon as possible.
Know Before You Order
Things to keep in mind before ordering fish:
1. What's your current weather for the whole week?
2. Are there any holidays or expected delays?
3. Do you have a tank set up ready to go?
- Cycled for at least 2-3 weeks at the correct parameters according to your fish
